WILDLIFE in WATERCOLOR! ONLINE via ZOOM!

Get painting Colorado’s wildlife in this 4 week ZOOM class. Artists will complete 2 paintings in this class. The bald eagle will be the subject of our first painting. A buck deer will be our second painting. Step by step instruction will be given from the drawing stage through the painting stages. Anatomy will be stressed. Multiple watercolor techniques will be explored. Supply list and ZOOM link will be emailed. Students will have access to all recordings for 60 days after the last class.

Dates: Mondays, 9-11 AM, October 12, 19, 26 and November 2nd.

PAINTING ASPENS in WATERCOLOR! ONE DAY WORKSHOP! Art Students League Denver

Paint a fall aspen scene and a summer aspen landscape in one day!!

Step by step instruction will be given through each stage of the painting process. Multiple watercolor techniques and washes will be explored. Learn to mix colors to create beautiful foliage for summer and fall aspens. Students will complete 2 small paintings in this class.

All levels welcome.

NEXT LEVEL WATERCOLOR! Arvada Center

Take your watercolors to the next level! This class is designed for artists with some watercolor experience, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. At the start of each class, watercolor techniques will be explored. For the remainder of class, artists will be working on their own individual paintings. Artists will choose subject and style for their watercolors. Pam will help with all aspects of your painting: drawing, composition, watercolor techniques.

Artists will need to bring their own reference materials for their paintings.

PAINTING YOUNG and OLD FACES in WATERCOLOR! Park Hill Art Club

This fun class will take your portraits to a new level.  The watercolor painting process for children and elderly adults is very different! Explore watercolor techniques for creating wrinkles of older people and the smooth skin of young children. Learn how to mix paints to create different skin and hair colors.  Previous watercolor experience helpful.

4 SEASONS 4 PAINTINGS in WATERCOLOR! Park Hill Art Club

Paint beautiful Colorado landscapes in watercolor in this 4 week class! Students will paint a landscape depicting each of the 4 seasons: summer, fall, winter and spring. Step by step instruction will be given through each step of the painting process. Multiple watercolor techniques will be explored. Students will complete 4 small paintings in this class. This class is for all levels of artists.

PAINTING CHILDREN in WATERCOLOR! Park Hill Art Club

Painting children is different than painting adults! Learn the proper proportions of a child’s facial features. The anatomy of the eyes, nose and mouth will be emphasized. Multiple watercolor techniques and mixing strategies will be utilized. Pam will demonstrate each step of the painting process.
